General Notes

Always slot with aces.
The power of the 9 point builder gives some exceptions.  Too many good rolls for opponent if you leave him alone
52 and 32 you need to split to confront the 9 point builder
22 - each is necessary to confront the 9 point builder
43D is a bit of a mystery.  "Mirror the opponent's play" is a Tom Keith principle. Tactical reason - The major splits are just too unlikely to work
33.  Up and make the 5 point is a "tapermike" principle.  Make the 5 point if opponent has 4 builders for 5 point.
64 run and split are tied.  Both plays are logical (Run to jump over the offense structure, or split for good distraction play)
