General Notes
4 point not as strong as 5 point, but still a good priming point.  Splitting is indicated if possible.
4 point is still a good priming point.  
I like to "fill the gap" with 4's even though 43D is best per rollouts.
64.  Contrasting with 31P, making the 2 point is best with Run a small error and Split a medium error (a surprise for me)
63.  Split and Run are tied.  I suppose split b/c you also do this vs 31P and also is more complicated and I don't like running.
22.  Near and Each are tied.  And even Advancing the anchor 24/20(2) is only a small error.  I like E against the priming points
