bgtrain.com

In case you missed it, please check out bgtrain.com

This new site is a database of backgammon problems in a quiz format.

You can register a handle and track your progress if you like.  I find it quite addictive.

Some flaws:

The answers are GNU 3-ply analysis (not ideal but pretty good)
the problems are not carefully selected (there are some forced moves and others that are blindingly obvious).

Nevertheless, I get plenty wrong - more than I care to admit.  Having a gimme problem now and then feels good!

I am finding this site quite addictive.  A go-getter would catalog his errors into cram.com for further review.  Check out Sean Williams article for a how-to explanation ..

Note the site has only been up a week and I expect continual improvements.
