proper thought process for checker plays:
1) Identify your gameplan (race, prime or hit)?
2) Find a play that best fits that gameplan
Simple. Brilliant!!
How often do we grab the checkers and make the first move we see? I know I do it too much. And while sometimes tactics trump strategy I really love this advice. I will try to follow this going forward.
