General Notes
62$ is weakest of the common slotting tries.  Rather build 5 pt with 6 pt stack than midpoint.  Replies almost same as against 51$ (see 62 and 63)
Always hit except with 11.  Reason is you are ahead in the priming game after making the bar and 5 points.
Counterslot again with 21 and 51. 
Also counterslot with 52 and 32 though splitting is also OK.  Reasons: duplication and you be bold against the weaker slotting tries
43 Split beats 43U since there is no blot on 9 point to contest
Split with both 63 and 62.  I think the reason is opponent would rather not hit with a six since midpoint already unstacked.
Each is best for 33.  If you always play cross you are at worst making a small error.
